1. Data controller
Bvelixora S.A., Tax ID 30-71846392-7, with registered office at Av. del Libertador 5300, 8th floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller of personal data collected through the bvelixora.com website.
2. Data we process
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when completing the newsletter form (name and email) as well as technical data automatically generated while you browse the site (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access).
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to send you the Bvelixora newsletter with information about real estate crowdlending projects, to answer enquiries and to comply with Argentine legal obligations. The legal basis is your explicit consent, granted at the time of subscription, in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Act 25,326.
4. Retention
We keep your data while your subscription is active and for up to five years after your last interaction, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
5. Recipients
Your data is not transferred to third parties, except to technology providers offering email-delivery and analytics services, hired under confidentiality agreements and always within the Argentine regulatory framework.
6. Rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection by writing to privacy@bvelixora.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority in Argentina.
